    1) Pets

    • Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the premises.
    • The presence of an animal, even if hidden, will result in a $250 fine, immediate expulsion, and a permanent ban from returning. We thank you for respecting our other guests and our policies.

    2) Cancellation and Deposit

    Deposit : A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation.
    • The deposit is non-refundable but transferable if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
    Less than 30 days: 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained.
    Exception: Upon presentation of a medical note or death certificate, the deposit remains non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another reservation.
    Rates: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    3) Reservation Changes

    The total amount of your stay remains payable even if the number of people or nights is reduced after the reservation has been confirmed.

    4) Fishing Regulations

    Maximum catch limit:
    • Stays of 2 days or less: maximum 10 brook trout (per registered permit).
    • Stays of 3 days or more: maximum 10 brook trout + 5 large rainbow trout (per registered permit).
    Children’s rate: The reduced children’s rate applies if the child fishes under the parent’s permit. If the child wants their own catch limit, the adult rate applies.
    Catch-and-release prohibited — Zero tolerance: No catch-and-release is permitted. Non-compliance will result in immediate expulsion.

    5) Safety and Compliance

    Firearms: Prohibited, except during Roue du Roi hunting packages.
    Mandatory registration: All guests must register upon arrival and departure.
    Fires: Prior authorization from the reception is required. Fires are allowed only in designated areas and are subject to SOPFEU regulations. Any violation may result in expulsion.
    Smoking, vaping, and cannabis:
    • Prohibited within 9 meters of any door, window, or air intake.
    $250 fine for non-compliance.
    • Cannabis: strictly prohibited on the premises; consumption is only permitted inside your vehicle, parked in the designated client parking area.
    Zero tolerance: any infraction will lead to immediate expulsion.

    6) Accommodation and Equipment

    Check-in:
    • Stays of 2 days or more: from 4:00 PM.
    Discovery Fishing Packages: from 12:00 PM.
    Fishing start time: Fishing begins the day after your arrival and continues until 5:00 PM on your departure day.
    Check-out:
    • Stays of 2 days or more: cabins/rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Fishing remains permitted until 5:00 PM if your quota has not been reached.
    Discovery Fishing Packages: departure by 12:00 PM.
    Cabin condition: Please leave the cabin clean and tidy:
    • Dishes washed and put away, surfaces wiped, floors swept.
    • A $125 cleaning fee will be charged if additional housekeeping is required.
    Keys: Return keys to the reception before 12:00 PM on departure day.
    • Failure to return keys will result in a $35 charge.
    Damages and breakage: Any damage must be reported upon arrival. All borrowed or rented equipment must be returned in good condition; repair or replacement costs will apply.
    Equipment responsibility: Guests are responsible for motors, life jackets, fishing rods, and boats provided or rented.
    Golf carts:
    • Use restricted to luggage transport or fishing purposes.
    • Drivers must be 16 years or older.
    • Return keys after each use.
    • Any damage will be charged accordingly.
    Boat cleanliness: Boats and pontoons must be returned clean and empty. A $50 cleaning fee applies if this rule is not respected

    7) Access to the Property and Boats

    Personal boats: To protect our lakes, no personal boats are allowed. Thank you for respecting this rule.
    Gas motors: Motors are filled and inspected every evening. If you notice a problem, please report it upon your return.
    ATVs, side-by-sides, and dirt bikes: Strictly prohibited on the property.
    Electric vehicles: Please inform the reception upon arrival to be directed to the 110V charging stations.

    8) Guests and Visitors

    Before inviting someone onto the property, please confirm with the reception. Fees and conditions may vary depending on the situation.

    9) Respect for the Site and Others

    Between anglers: Never cut another angler’s route and avoid approaching other boats too closely.
    Quiet hours: Please lower voices and music volume after 11:00 PM out of respect for other guests.
    Respect for nature:
    • Cutting trees, collecting deadwood, littering, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
    Zero tolerance: any infraction will result in immediate expulsion.

    10) Acceptance of Policies

    By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these policies.
Any breach may result in immediate expulsion and applicable fees for damages, cleaning, or lost equipment, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
